U.S. Adult Lifesaving Championships Began Today

United States Lifesaving Association (USLA) Adult Lifesaving Championships began today in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Lifeguards from around the U.S and abroad are competing in Daytona Beach for the annual lifesaving championships. Competition events will take place today thru Saturday. Various lifesaving events will be featured. Examples include American Ironwoman, American Ironman, Surf Boat, Board Rescue, and Taplin Relay.

Junior Lifesaving Championships took place Wednesday with a strong turnout.
